The hardest thing to deal with in fitness

Why do people quit so quickly in their transformation journey? Whatever journey you're going through, if it's weight loss, muscle growth, competition, lifestyle, ect, there will be a lot of mental roadblocks you will have to push through. One of them being patience. To build the body of your dreams, it will take time. To lose the 30lbs will take time. To get a 500lb deadlift when your PR now is only 315lb, it will take time! When days are hard, we tend to think to ourselves, "damn, I can't go through another day like this ever again". This is the most amazing part of transformation your body & health. Master that, and you can do anything.
