"Hey Coach Matt, how do you stay motivated to do your workouts and eat clean?" This is a question I get asked a lot. I've also interviewed 60+ coaches & athletes and a big question they get asked is the same thing. Motivation is such a small aspect to what keeps people pushing even when life gets hard, even when everything is working against them, even if they feel completely uncomfortable.

Majority of people give in to that voice in their head that says, "Hey it's okay, just quit. Hey it's okay just sleep in. Hey it's okay to cheat this week." You know the days where you don't want to train? Want to know what happens when you train even if you don't want to? You create the mindset that keeps you driven for your goals no matter what. The unique thing about all the coaches, athletes, influencers, celebrities, and people we've interviewed here on the show is they train even when they don't want to. They eat clean even when everyone is not. They work on themselves day in and day out no matter what that voice in their head says because that is what creates that "unbreakable desire to achieve your goals".
