Life can be very stressful right? Having to deal with kids, work, school, business, life, friends, drama, etc, and then also juggle all that with meal prepping, training, cardio, recovery, etc. I understand how overwhelming this can all be. After training hundreds of different people, I've seen a very common recurrence in all of them. After even there first workout, they go home and sleep better. Wake up sore, but happy. Go throughout their day with better mental awareness and emotional stability. Training also applies a stress to your body but a stress that will train you to function with stress of the world.\xa0
