How to turn training & meal planning into a lifestyle

Beginning a health & fitness journey can be difficult, and then turning it into a lifestyle can also be difficult. Thinking about it to much will only add to the stress of "am I doing this right". So in this episode I will explain how making this a lifestyle is way ,more simple than you think. The breakdown of a lifestyle is simple: 1) make a solid routine that can me maintained, 2) that routine then will turn into a habit, and 3) once that habit is created, turn it into a ritual and that will mold into your lifestyle

Letting go of old habits and making new ones will be hard, but it's necessary. If you have goals you want to achieve with health, fitness, body image, performance, ect, then new habits must be created. You live a life right now, even if it has bad habits or good habits. You have things you do day to day that are already chosen for you. Once these 2nd nature things are created, and a healthy lifestyle is sustained with ease, then you have concerned transforming this into a lifestyle.\xa0
