If I were to put two meals on the table, one of them is a number 4 off the Mcdonalds menu and the other is a salad with chicken, you would know which one is "healthier". If it has greens, it's gotta be healthy right? Eating healthy or making healthy decisions for our body is not hard, the actual action of following through is what's hard.
