We know that (for the most part) we are the size that we are because of the habits and behaviors that we do most of the time. And so when we start changing our behavior in order to get an ideal shape that we desire, it\\u2019s easy to think that \\u201cif I just keep doing what I\\u2019m doing, I\\u2019ll eventually get to where I want to go.\\u201d

But then the Plateau Police show up & say \\u201cNot so fast!\\u201d
