Using the scale to measure progress towards a weight loss goal seems to be the gold standard that we use. But there are so many factors that go into scale weight - our body\\u2019s gravitational pull towards the earth - that we don\\u2019t have control over and really mask what we\\u2019re using the scale for letting us know how we\\u2019re doing towards our goal.
