  • Thinking that there\\u2019s a right way and a wrong way

And so, what\\u2019s the antidote to those methods? It\\u2019s B minus health. Leaning into it. Getting 1% better every day. Picking the low hanging fruit. \\u2018Good enough\\u201d. Whatever you want to call it, it all adds up to the same thing: getting incrementally better over time so that you don\\u2019t burn out in a flame of glory.\\xa0

When we apply good enough to our health, it sounds like we aren\\u2019t trying. I mean, when we say, \\u201cIt\\u2019s not just good. It\\u2019s good enough.\\u201d it implies that we could do better.
