This week we watched the 2009 sci-fi film Moon. Starring Sam Rockwell its about a man who experiences a personal crisis as he nears the end of a three-year solitary stint mining helium-3 on the far side of the Moon. While we didn’t talk much about the film itself the actual story and events presented in the movie got us into an entire discussion about the nature of freewill and if it is actually something that we have or if it is just an illusion.
