Best-selling author and renowned historian Neil Howe joins the show to talk about his New York Times\\u2019 bestselling book The Fourth Turning Is Here. Neil believes history moves in generational cycles that last about the length of one long human life. Each cycle has four eras - Turnings - that always arrive in the same order and last about twenty years.
