This Is How We're Feeling... Listen To Black Women

Published: July 21, 2020, 1 p.m.

On this week's episode of To Be Touched... Podcast, I am doing things a little bit different. Instead of a traditional interview, I asked 8 Black women that I know how they're feeling, what do they want more etc. in the midst of everything going on from the pandemic to race relations in America. I find it common and unfortunately too widely accepted to ignore what we (Black women) have to say. So, I wanted to check in...  This is what they had to say.

Thank you so much to the Black women I have the honor of knowing and experiencing life with. I am grateful to you all for always showing up and showing out. I am inspired by the way you all continue to shine bright and uplift yourselves despite what's going on. I am forever blessed by you all.  Below you will find the names of the women featured in the episode in order of appearance:

  • JaneRita Nwako is New Jersey native and LA transplant who is making her mark in the world of physical therapy.
