The Affects of Abuse in Adult+Parenthood

~ The first step to change is to acknowledge our wrongs and take accountability of the way we have made others feel in the midst of our chaos. Healing is not a walk in the park. Some days we just don't want to be bothered and shut down and cry to ourselves. Other days we feel like we have total control and realize that we are not our trauma. ~ Our trauma is an experience that we don't have to remain attached to. We can free our mind , body , & spirit from all the detrimental effects that has tried to run the course of us living a life full of joy , love , peace , abundance , & prosperity. As we heal ourselves we pave the way to a more peaceful path for the ones who come after us. ~ Lets make it easier for those who come after us to live their best lives. Our past , present , & any future mishaps don't define us. It's how we go about conducting ourselves instead of wallowing in whatever it is we seem to be constantly battling with.
