The Marijuana Policy Project, the group behind more successful marijuana initiatives than any other group, released their 2016 Presidential Candiates Report Card which grades the various major candidates based on their support for marijuana policy reform or the willingness to allow it to move forward. Widely reported in major media outlets such as The New York Times, Huffington Post, Washington Times and others, the report raised a number of eyebrows with Sen. Rand Paul (R) receiving an A-, the highest grade of any candidate.
