A Diet Experiment

b'I have started a six-month ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting, using slight variations each month to see which version works best for me. I will take monthly readings of weight, body size, blood pressure, blood glucose and pulse rate, and record results accurately. At the end of six months, a second podcast will give you the results.
