b'Universal Soldier Day of Reckoning is a really strange, violent and thoughtful art movie. John Hyams gives the viewer the beloved franchise characters in a meta way using the first film\'s own mythos to comment back on itself, filmmaking, violence and culture while also just being really cool and fun. Van Damme is subdued, regal and almost godlike in this role while Dolph doles out the enterainment. Scott Adkins does an impressive job at humbly but expertly taking the torch from his revered predecessor. The brothers are joined once again by special guest star Keenan Marr Tamblyn who discusses his new trading card art project that you can find @discodromeart Enjoy this really fun episode!
