The Therapy for Black Girls Podcast is a weekly conversation with Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, a licensed Psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia, about all things mental health, personal development, and all the small decisions we can make to become the best possible versions of ourselves.

The relationship we have with our therapists is unlike any other we have in our lives. They typically know lots about us while we usually only know a little about them. This is designed so that our emotional safety and needs are prioritized in the space but it can also lead to lots of questions that sometimes go unanswered. Joining me today for another one of our group chat conversations are my friends and colleagues Dr. Ayanna Abrams and Dr. Joy Beckwith, both psychologists in Atlanta, to answer some of the questions you might have about your therapist that you didn\u2019t want to ask.
