It\'s good for neutralizing negative emotions. It\\u2019s good for relationships. It\\u2019s great for deepening our enjoyment of life. And so many other things.

Robert A. Emmons, Ph.D. is the world\\u2019s leading scientific expert on gratitude. His research has been featured in the New York Times, USA Today, Newsweek, Time, NPR, PBS, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and the Today show to name a few.

He is a professor of psychology at UC-Davis, and the founding editor-in-chief of The Journal of Positive Psychology.\\xa0His research focuses on the psychology of gratitude, joy and grace.
