This week we are joined by Ed and Natasha Tatton who own and operate BReD which is a vegan sourdough bakery. Based in British Columbia, they have combined their talents to create a bakery that sells their top of the line sourdough as well as a variety of other delicious food and beverage choices. We have a fun conversation about what makes Ed\\u2019s bread different, how plant based living is woven into their business and personal lives, and what its like building a company as a couple.
