How To Beat The Late Night Hunger Pangs

This story reminds me of a friend, Sam Crowley, who starts snacking at 7pm. He hates it because he wants to get in Hugh Jackman shape, but his 7pm snacking is making his body look more like Jack Black. Well, not that bad, but you get the idea.

I also get the most hungry at night. It's the way I've always been, even as a kid. I was never very hungry during the day. For most, that's a recipe for getting fat, because once those nighttime pangs come along, it's fat belly time. But despite my nighttime hunger schedule I've managed to maintain a 6 pack.
