b'I just put together another version of our 28 day vegan muscle project plan, this time using only 3 meals a day, no tofu, no seitan, no tempeh, and only 1 to 3 scoops of protein powder a day.
Also, the training involved only 4 different exercises, that\'s it!
What was the result? I gained 10.1 lbs, lost 1" off my waist, and grew my arms by 1.25" on each arm.
