A happy patient means a happy day, and long term, a happy career. The dentistry itself is not the game\\u2026.managing the patient expectations is the game. In fact, no amount of good dentistry will solve a poor patient understanding.
\\nBiggest problem in dentistry is emotional responses to situations and the communication (or lack thereof) with our patient and our team.
