#22 Laughter is the Best Medicine with Pete Cann

My guest is the super cool Pete Cann - The Laughter Man. Pete is on a fun filled mission to bring the positive benefits of laughter to the world and introduce laughter yoga to 1 million people in 2021! 
Since he discovered Laughter Yoga, entrepreneur Pete has transformed his business and family life and is on a mission to share his infectious secrets and get the planet laughing along with him.

Laughter is like a medicine. It draws people together in ways that trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. We’ve all experienced times when we’ve just laughed so hard our tummy muscles hurt right? It strengthens our immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress.

 I first met Pete Cann on the 17th of December last year when he hosted a laughter yoga session just before our company Christmas lunch. He led us on a 30 minute journey of laughter that still makes me laugh when I think about it and I still do the exercises.
