Over the last year, while not travelling very much, I\'ve become interested in what it is I like so much about being away from home.

Why is it, when I\'m travelling, I\'ll happily sit on a bus for 10 hours, yet 20 minutes of traffic back from the shops drives me crazy? 

\\n

I think that\'s because when you\'re on holiday or travelling you see things differently. It\'s like a new paradigm, or mindset - I\'m calling it an "Adventure Mindset". 

\\n

In this podcast, I talk about two ways that adventure mindset has resulted in really interesting travel experiences, and discuss how I\'m trying to use it at home to get more out of local trips.
