In a world where we are hard-wired to be fearful and feel like powerless victims, usually in specific areas of our lives, hope springs eternal. And yet, hope from this place doesn't seem to get us very far. We need to understand how to create the conditions for hope that works in ways we only dare to imagine. First, it requires that we understand this hard-wiring and how to come to peace with it. In addition, authentic hope requires an edit of the stories we tell ourselves, the ones that don't serve us. With those two pieces in place, hope really does spring eternal!
