b"I have had the opportunity to lead in the most entrepreneurial business community in the world. Most of my work life was spent in the private sector but recently I managed a complex non-profit where I was able to lead innovation solutions to difficult problems. These solutions were found through developing collaborative working relationships.

Big organizational challenges don't intimidate me and I love to create balanced solutions. Two decades of operations, administrative and HR management have provided me with great tools in my toolbox. I am experienced at aligning capital and human resources for organizational effectiveness and productivity.

My specialties include strategic planning, operations management, non-profit management, human resource management, employee benefits, collaboration, team facilitation, leading, managing, partnering, financial planning, budgeting, key measures, process mapping, hiring the best.
