Matt says there is an openness by the government to look at capital projects which could support the industry long term such as a storage/processing for proteins, and a processing facility for oilseed rape, etc. \\xa0

Other areas in which the group will recommend some changes include the Tillage Incentive Scheme, land access, and access to plant protection products.\\xa0
