The weekly recap of outdoor news is a fun email blast I sent out, but recently the Texas Parks & Wildlife dept. sent out some information on small towns that have received grants for outdoor spaces!  See if one of your towns made the list.

Think you need to dedicate a week to Big Bend?  Well, not quite.  You can definitely see a good amount of the national park in one day.  If you accidentally have an opportunity to visit Big Bend, here are some places I definitely recommend you checking out on your way to Terlingua or Marfa.
