You know that movie Dune?  I got to visit Texas\'s version out west at Monahans Sandhills state park.  Come along on this adventure and learn about how the park was for me and what you can expect on your next state park trip.

Along the way, I made a stop at Happy Trails Outfitters in San Angelo.  A great outdoor-themed store that has plenty of great apparel, but hiking gear and accessories as well.  They also carry the Texas State Park Passport.
