Changing Minds Through Gaming - A series where gaming and mental health combine!

*Please note - this episode does contain some occasional swearing*

In this episode I am delighted to be joined by Webb Pickersgill, co-director of "Life is Strange: Before the Storm" and performance director for the upcoming title "Life is Strange: True Colors". We met up via his Twitch channel recently to have a chat about mental health!

I find it inspiring hearing other people be open about mental health and talking about their own experiences, stories and struggles. I can also add in with my own experiences of social anxiety and depression.\\xa0

And of course, it\'s so important to try and spread some positivity\\U0001f49b
