Rich Adao is currently the Head of Talent at Anyscale, a tech startup in San Francisco focused on helping companies scale their AI and ML applications (they\'re hiring!). Earlier in his career, he was a senior recruiter at organizations such as Google and Facebook. Rich has more recently been a Recruiting leader at Udemy and helped build them up from a 150 person company to over 1400 employees in 4+ years. He believes in a strong work ethic that stems from his Chicago-born roots.
