Real estate agents work very hard to stay top of mind. They leave note pads, flyers, throw community events, etc. They do all this to be the real estate agent that has shown value. That could be market knowledge or being apart of the community. They want to be the agent you turn to if/when you are ready.

In this episode of the Daily 10, we\\u2019re talking about staying top of mind with candidates. Too many times recruiters are looking to catch candidates at the right time. That\\u2019s really hard.\\xa0

Try to stay top of mind. Find a way to provide value. Be apart of the community. You can find your own thing that works for you. But your goal is to be top of mind of your candidates when/if they start looking.
