DJ Flip got closer to Amarah. That’s when he had a bad argument with her. Amarah grew apart from Flip, and became extremely busy in her career. She began to go on tour to sing. DJ Flip didn’t want Amarah to go. He had a bad feeling that something might happen to Amarah. Flip began to realize how much he really cared for her and how much he missed her.

DJ Flip: This is DJ Flip on the air. This one goes out to Amarah. (DJ Flip Sings) I don’t care if it takes forever. I’m gonna to wait. I’m gonna wait till you get back. I want you in my arms again.

Yea, DJ Flip wasn’t himself. Missing Amarah made him learn how to sing, and listeners thought he was flipping out.

Miss Grady had kept in touch with Amarah. She recorded DJ Flip singing and played it to Amarah
over the phone. Miss Grady said to Amarah, “Child, you’ve got to come back home. He’s flipping out over you.”

And Amarah said ..

Amarah: Yea, it’s been 5 Months. I’ll be coming home sometime this week, but don’t tell Flip.

Amarah felt herself getting sick. She wanted to go home. She was was exhausted. Then Amarah thought about DJ Flip. She thought it might be a good idea just to remain friends with him.

When Amarah got back home, she found Flip deep into the woods alone. He was lying on the ground in the grass as if he had been beaten down. Flip had his right arm over his eyes and one tear fell from his right eye. Amarah just happened to see it. She stood to watch DJ Flip for a few seconds. He didn’t know that she was standing over him. Amarah sat down on the ground besides him and asked, “Jeffrey, are you okay?”

DJ Flip knew it was Amarah was talking to him,and she was the only one that called Jeffrey. He kept his eyes covered. Flip didn’t want to speak because he knew there would be a sound of tears in his voice.
He didn’t want Amarah to see his eyes.

Amarah was hurting to see DJ Flip hurting. She asked, “Are you crying?”

DJ Flip turned over in the grass away from Amarah. And hid his face.

(Singing)
Breaking up really hurts
Breaking up really hurts
But there can be forgiveness
for any wrong that’s done.
Can you go back home to
the one you love?
Nothing like making up.

Amarah: Jeffrey, I’m sorry.

DJ Flip: I know you’re bored with me. I know you hate me.

Amarah: That’s not it. I pulled away from you to go higher in my career. I know it feels like I don’t care about you, but I care for you. You know I care about. If I didn’t care, I would be with someone else. You got to let me sing. And when did you start singing?

DJ Flip: I learned from you breaking my heart to spend time away from me. It’s been months.

Amarah: I didn’t think you cared about me that way.

DJ Flip wasn’t the type to say “I love you” & Amarah wasn’t the type either although she had it on her mind. Amarah sometimes had deep feelings for DJ Flip, but thought it was too soon to tell him how she really felt.

Amarah said, “The next time I go away to be on tour, I won’t stay as long as I did this time. Do you still want to be with me?

DJ Flip: Yes, everyday.

And Amarah and DJ Flip held each other close.
