He also dives into the logistical and cultural challenges that come with scaling from 100 to 500 people in one year and how 10X were able to scale at such pace, even during periods in stealth mode.

Finally, Frankie talks through the talent market within the FinTech space at the moment and 10X’s approach to being competitive when it comes to hiring the top talent.
