Go City is the largest multi-attraction pass business in the world, with an estimated 65% market share and operating in 25+ cities and five continents. Their growing teams in London, Boston, Singapore and New York help millions of sightseers enjoy new cities, incredible attractions, tours, experiences, activities and great savings.

In this episode, Chris is joined by both Michael Letchford, SVP of Product Management, and Nathan Deamer, Principal Engineer at Go City. Together, the pair discuss Go City's recent transformation to becoming a more technical, data-driven and customer-led business. They talk through how they led the transformation within their various departments & the different considerations they needed to make at different stages of the transformation, as well as how they navigated getting team members on board, without them feeling challenged.

The pair then share their experiences transitioning from a large organisation to a smaller scale-up like Go City, discussing the benefits and challenges of leaping into a smaller business, both in a product sense as well as culturally.

Finally, Michael & Nathan discuss how they balance the delivery of features vs. the functionality of the product and the biggest challenges they've faced during their time at Go City.
