It is okay to not be okay!

Knowing when it is time to turn up the momentum, get some help or even take a break is necessary if you want to achieve success. It matters even more if you want to enjoy the success you've achieved. We can't run on all cylinders day after day and not become burnt out.

That is when you reinvent yourself! Sometimes it will be within that month and other times it will come up years later. You reach a point when you feel like you have lost yourself.

Light bulb moments shared by our guest Linda Thompson:
- Sometimes the people around us will tell us to brush things off and we must become our own advocate
- Burnout can happen when we go into autopilot in business and life
- Often times we need some rest and we don't have to apologize for it

There are moments when we have to reinvent ourselves because of all the negativity that we have dealt with previously. We have to find and do what works best for us and at times that may mean we need some accountability. Who are you checking in with during their shift within your life? A coach, a mentor, or an accountability group?

Published Author, Health and Life Coach, Inspiration Speaker I empower individuals to be their best selves and to assist with ways to reinvent and transform their lives for the better. She has two books with the first being about Jealousy and Envy. Is it hard or you to celebrate others? This book describes where the root of it comes from.

Here what drives Linda to share her story after years of being in the social services industry.
