Lindsey made it clear that we all come to those fork in the road moments. As moms, we know that it is a moment where we have to make changes that will affect you and everyone attached to you. Even in the midst of difficult decisions, we must remember the importance of self-care. Often times we believe self-care is too expensive or too selfish but it is not.

When we don't have full control of a situation it always seems like the worst time to put ourselves on our to-do list.
