It is also important to have good support people to keep you focused on the big picture and keep you accountable.

We glean insight and inspiration from watching others.
We should push through no matter what happens.

Men also need help to overcome challenges as well. Do not be afraid to seek the help you need. Connect with those who are going to help you reach your goals.
