Pastors Who Died: But left The Church Suffering

b'I can\'t tell you how many times we have been faced with a Pastor dying and the church splitting up shortly afterwards. Today is a very important show for me on The Sir Walter Jones Show.. Why are so many leaders refusing to train up a future leader to replace him/her? This reminds me of how FDR kept Truman outside and didn\'t even tell him that America had an atomic bomb, he then DIED and left the nation in the hands of a rookie. Why do the church have to suffer TWICE... its like a man who refuse to get life insurance for his family, he dies, and now the children grieve over his death and then grieve because they can\'t even afford to bury him. Thank God for men like Clay Evans, Miles Munroe, Paul Morton and even my Pastor who, while they were/are alive, put people in place strategically. Tonights show is gonna make some think, and others upset.
