I have Jody Mitic on the Hostyle Podcast today

Jody is a Double amputee, he lost both feet when his vehicle hit an roadside IED in Afghanistan in 2007. He was serving Canada as a Sniper. As a former career soldier Jody came to realize that he had to begin a new chapter in his life as that "Jody" no longer existed.

What would be a game ender for most Jody\'s "Fuck you!" attitude kicked in and he is now a crusader for PTSD and other issues our Canadian vets are facing after serving our country.

We talk about his runner up performance in the Amazing Race Canada 2013 edition.

We talk about training and life with 2 prostetics for feet.\\xa0

We cover some cool stuff, and Jody turns the tables and gets me to talk about how I grew up and what led me to getting Hostyle Conditioning going.

I currently am honored to be one of Jody\'s coaches , at least once a week I get to kick his ass here at Hostyle

We only scratched the surface and we will be sitting down again to get more into what this kick ass dude is up to.
