The listener voicemail is from a daughter who believes her mom may have something to do with her being ill and not knowing how to leave or get other help. This could be something called \u201cmunchausen\u2019s syndrome by proxy\u201d which is a very complicated dynamic \u2013 but it might also be that this daughter\u2019s mom has been part of her trauma.
