Kimberley Crossman is an Actress and Presenter and landed a spot on top Kiwi Soap Shortland Street when she was 15.
Since then Kim moved to LA to pursue her dreams.
Kim was diagnosed with depression and in this episode we chat about mental health, negative self- talk, getting thrown in an adult world young and being an A type over achiever.
