Georgia Harris 'Navigating Grief and Trauma'

Published: Sept. 6, 2020, 6 p.m.

Hello beautiful!

This episode is a very special one.
In 2018 Georgia Harris and her family lost their incredible Dad to suicide.
Since then Georgia has become a Mental Health Advocate speaking up about grief, trauma and suicide loss as well as chasing her dreams of becoming part of the Police as a Police Communicator.

A disclaimer: this episode discusses mental health and suicide. Not in graphic detail but it may be distressing for some listeners.
