Episode 53- Millie Gooch 'Sober Girl Society'

Published: Nov. 24, 2019, 5 p.m.

Like a lot of us Millie Gooch went from no partying to going full noise at university where the binge drinking culture is strong and the focus is to get as hammered as you can.
Sick of feeling hungover and experiencing hang-xiety or beer fear, Millie had a light bulb moment after a break-up and decided to stop drinking.

7 months into her sobriety Millie founded Sober Girl Society. An online global community for other young people that don’t drink connecting them with their sober sisters and now she hosts events in The UK.
We’re so lucky to have Millie share her story and advice on The Self-Love Club Podcast
