This is my story of overcoming disordered eating.
It's been extremely hard for me to share, harder and more confronting than I realised.
It was only when I went to book in to get my teeth cleaned and whitened at White Smile Dental in Takapuna AKL that I realised I'm ten years free from disordered eating.
I wasn't paid for this and I'm sharing my story because I want you to know you CAN overcome your battles. They don't have to ruin you.
This is my story of how I managed to overcome disordered eating after a decade long battle.
