Sometimes it seems as if everyone else has it together except us; indeed, awareness of our own faults can be so discouraging. We need to begin to see ourselves as God see\'s us, as on a journey. Just like some of the characters we meet in the Tolkien\'s beloved story "The Hobbit", we need to focus not on how far we have to go, but simply on the step that lies before us.
