b'Just before Christmas, I did a very short episode talking about some of the changes that I was planning for the Risktory Podcast in 2019. One of those changes was adding guests to the show in the form of a Risktorian of the Month.

For me, this new feature is designed to promote the work of not just the amazing practitioners we have working in risk management, but to also embrace those who just get risk. So each month, I\\u2019ll host a guest on the podcast: from the risk practitioners redefining our space to the disruptors chasing opportunity to the entrepreneurs taking those massive leaps of risk faith.

The inaugural Risktorian of the Month is Alex Sidorenko. On this extended episode, I talk to Alex about all things risk: how he found himself workin in risk, what inspires and drives him and the most important question of all - butter or margarine?
