I was born Cara Louise Connnell but when my parents got divorced when I was little, I took my mother’s maiden name Bingham. My mother Noela Ann Bingham, really was my rock growing up. She helped me cope through all the challenges in my life. She was a single parent raising three daughters on her own; she also took jobs where she could help others. She has been an assistant at a Montessori nursery; teaching children from three to five years old. She’s also worked as a care assistant and taught other carers NVQ qualifications. She was and still is a very spiritual person. She is a healer; a Clairvoyant; and masseuse. I was exposed to many spiritual religions that helped me to better understand nature and myself. We lived in a beautiful private park that was quite secluded and inspired me to write my first books.
