Accident and Emergency departments in England are still reeling from what hospital bosses have called the 'worst winter anyone can remember'. Why did it happen, and is A&E on the verge of collapse?\\nSimon Cox looks into the issues at two hospitals in London and Birmingham, one that has had lots of investment, the other financially troubled.
