Q2 Update - How Many Properties Did I Buy And Sell

Q2 Update   ATLANTA WEBSITE Organic only - 1-2 keywords on page one while 8-10 keywords on are on page 2.  It should take a couple more months of links and content before I see quality leads. Strategy: Content, FB, links   DALLAS WEBSITE Adwords - I've got one of the best adword accounts.  Low cost per lead and it converts really well. Organic - 24-26 keywords on page 1. $15,000 in wholesale fees   AUSTIN WEBSITE Adwords - cost per acquisition is $125 per lead Organic - 41+ keywords on page 1 $45,000 in wholesale fees   Mobile home continue to produce great returns.  In Q3 and beyond I'll be lending money on these opportunities.   Real Estate Lending Lending money on 2 properties and raised private money as well.   Q3: Should be solid Leander - $275,000 exit price Parmer - $285,000 exit price Marsh - $299,000 exit price   I’ll be looking to buy and hold at least 2 properties.   Facebook - REI Partner Podcast
