b'Boris Johnson is trying to get something done in a political swamp of vested interest and disloyalty. The civil service run the UK and the only time Parliament has been tasked with making a decision it has wasted 3 years. Despite this the UK continues to run seamlessly suggesting that parliament is in fact redundant and that all that is needed is a strong leader and the civil service. At least the latter are trained for their jobs. That is far more effective than being elected to a job you are not trained to do.'
